A. Relative frequency is the frequency (amount of times an event took place) divided by the number of attempts where the event COULD have occured. Think of it like probability: number of ways a thing can happen (divided by) total number of outcomes In this case, the relative frequency of blue is 153 divided by 300 = 51% By the way, your data only adds up to 299 - not 300 - you might want to make sure.
